Returns & Refund Policy
This policy covers both in-store and online purchases, including sale items, delivery charges and return fees.
Online Purchases (Inc Sale Items)
You have the right under EU law to return most online purchases within 21 calendar days of delivery this includes a 14-day legal cooling-off period, plus a 7-day goodwill extension.
Returns Eligibility:

Items must be unused, unworn, in resalable condition with original tags and packaging.

Notify us of your intention to return within 21 days of delivery.

Return the items within 21 days of delivery.
Charges & Refunds:

Returns by post incur a flat €3.00 return fee, deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
- Reasonable deductions may apply for any wear or damage beyond normal handling.
In-Store Purchases
We offer a 4-day return window on eligible items as a goodwill policy.
- Items must be in original condition with tags and proof of purchase.
- Returns accepted within 4 days for refund or exchange.
- “Final Sale” and hygiene-sensitive items are excluded.
- Faulty items are covered under consumer law beyond this period.
Faulty or Incorrect Items (Online & In-Store)
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair, including:
- Full refund of any delivery charges paid.
- Free return postage (no €3.00 deduction).
