Click & Collect - How It Works

1.  Place your order online.
2.  You will receive an order confirmation with a unique order number.
3.  Come to the store and provide your order number at the collection point.
4.  Your order will be handed over once the number is verified.

We do not require your name, email or ID when collecting your order. This process protects your privacy and is in accordance with European GDPR guidelines.

Important:

Click & Collect orders will be held in store for 21 days from the date of purchase.

If the order is not collected within this time and we have not heard from you, the order will be cancelled, a refund will be issued and the item will be returned to stock.
