Returns Policy

Will gladly refund or credit your undamaged purchase within 21 days of date shown on invoice.

In order for goods to be refunded or credited:
- Shoes must be unworn and only tried on when on carpet
- Shoes must be in their original condition
- Shoe must be returned in their original box

Cost

Goods being returned in Ireland availing of our An Post Click and Post service will be charged €3 which will be deducted from the refund. 

What if the item I ordered is out of stock?

Please note that our stock is shared between our physical store and our online shop. While we do our best to keep inventory up to date, there may be occasions when an item purchased online has already sold in-store. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative, a refund, or an estimated restock time. We appreciate your kind understanding and support.
