    Christmas Deliveries

    Republic of Ireland

    Deliveries to Ireland will be carried out by An Post until December 23rd therefore orders for Christmas delivery will need to be placed no later than 2pm December 21st.

    UK and Northern Ireland

    Orders must be placed no later than 2pm December 18th for Christmas posting to Northern Ireland and the UK.


    Orders must be placed no later than 2pm December 14th for Christmas posting to Europe.


    Orders must be placed no later than 2pm December 7th for Christmas posting to USA.

    Rest of the World

    Orders must be placed no later than 2pm December 7th for Christmas posting to Rest of the World.


    Full tracking from An Post can be seen here. Enter your tracking number received by email and click Submit. An Post have advised customers to avail of this tracking system to ensure there will be someone home to receive the parcels on delivery.

    PLEASE NOTE AN POST WILL NOT BE PROVIDING SERVICE from December 24th to 28th. Orders placed during this time will not be dispatched until December 29th. 

    Christmas Presents

    Items purchased as Christmas gifts can avail of an extended return period until January 5th.

    Delivery Cost

    Republic of Ireland

    All orders with a value of €80 or more receive FREE DELIVERY WITHIN THE REPUBLIC and NORTHERN IRELAND. Deliveries under €80 are charged at a flat rate of €3.95 per order.


    Deliveries to the UK are charged at a rate of €7.50. Please note we are not responsible for any extra charges/taxes incurred on delivery to the UK. We have no control over these costs, they can vary.

    Rest of World

    Delivery to the rest of the world is available, shipping costs are automatically calculated when address is entered at checkout. Please email support@wbs.ie or call +353 (0)667124122 for further information.

    All orders are dispatched within 1-4 working days. We strive to have all orders placed before 2pm dispatched the same working day. We cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur due to third party partners and do not refund postage costs if shoes are delayed.

    Refund & Returns Policy

    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, walshbrothersshoes.ie will gladly refund or credit your purchase within 21 days of date shown on invoice.

    In order for goods to be refunded or credited:
    - Shoes must be unworn and only tried on when on carpet
    - Shoes must be in their original condition
    - Shoe must be returned in their original box
    - All returns and credits must be accompanied with the original receipt within one month of date shown on invoice.

    Refunds are processed within 1-5 working days of receiving the good/s at our Head Office using the original method of payment at the time of purchase.

    Republic of Ireland 

    Goods can be returned using our An Post Click and Post service at a cost of €3 which will be deducted from your refund. To avail of this service visit https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns and choose Walsh Brothers Shoes from the drop-down list.     Rest of World

    Postage costs for returns on items which have no faults or defects are solely the responsibility of the client and walshbrothersshoes.ie cannot be held liable for any such expenses. Postage is non-refundable.

    Note: We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit and we therefore advise you take out shipment registration and insurance with your postal carrier. Walshbrothersshoes.ie will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.


    If you wish to exchange your item, please place a new order on our website and return your original purchase to us, for a refund. This will help provide a faster service for our customers.
