Biomecanics 261124-B556 Petrol First Steps Shoes
The Biomecanics 261124-B556 is a first steps shoe designed to support natural foot development as young children learn to walk. It combines a soft leather upper with breathable On Steam textile lining and a lightweight, flexible construction.
The On Steam lining and removable insole help draw moisture away from the foot, helping to maintain a dry and fresh feel inside the shoe. The removable insole can also be taken out to air and used to help check the child's foot length when measuring for the next size.
An external heel stabiliser helps guide the foot during side-to-side movement without restricting the ankle with a rigid heel counter. The flexible sole bends with the foot, while the non-slip tread provides grip on the ground.
An adjustable fastening allows the fit around the instep to be adjusted, while the reinforced toe cap helps protect the front of the shoe from rubbing.
