Orders & Shipping

1. How long will delivery take?
Shipping typically takes 1- 4 business days, depending on your location. We’ll provide tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free Irish shipping on orders over €80.00. A flat rate of €3.95 shipping is charged on all orders under €80.00

3. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. We do not currently ship to the UK (England, Scotland and Wales)

Returns & Exchanges

5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 21 days of purchase for unworn items in their original packaging. Please visit our Returns page for full information

6. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Returns cost €3 within Ireland. International return costs depend on your country. Faulty or incorrect items are returned free of charge. See our Returns page for more.

7. Can I exchange for a different size or style?
For exchanges we ask that you please place a new order on our website and return your original item for a refund

8. How do I know what size to order?
Please refer to our Size Guide, which includes measurements and conversion charts for different regions (EU/UK). If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us.

9. Do you offer wide or narrow fit options?
Yes, we stock a range of wide-fit and narrow-fit shoes. Look for the fit type on each product page.

10. What if the shoes don’t fit?
No problem! You can return them within 21 days as long as they’re unworn and in original condition.

11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options.

12. Is it safe to shop on your website?

13. The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
Some popular items are restocked regularly. Use the "Notify Me" feature on the product page to get an alert when it’s back.

14. Where are your shoes made?
We source our shoes from high-quality manufacturers in the UK and Europe. Details are available on each product page.

15. Are your shoes vegan or ethically made?
We clearly label vegan and ethically produced shoes. Look for tags like “vegan-friendly” or “sustainably made.”

Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9.30am–6.00pm GMT. You can call or physical shop Monday to Saturday, 9.30am–6.00pm GMT. We close on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
