    1. How long will delivery take?
    Shipping typically takes 1- 4 business days, depending on your location. We’ll provide tracking details once your order is dispatched.

    2. Do you offer free shipping?
    We offer free Irish shipping on orders over €80.00. A flat rate of €3.95 shipping is charged on all orders under €80.00

    3. Can I track my order?
    Absolutely! You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

    4. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship to many countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. We do not currently ship to the UK (England, Scotland and Wales)

    5. What is your return policy?
    We accept returns within 21 days of purchase for unworn items in their original packaging. Please visit our Returns page for full information

    6. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
    Returns cost €3 within Ireland. International return costs depend on your country. Faulty or incorrect items are returned free of charge. See our Returns page for more.

    7. Can I exchange for a different size or style?
    For exchanges we ask that you please place a new order on our website and return your original item for a refund

    Yes, we stock a range of wide-fit and narrow-fit shoes. Look for the fit type on each product page.

    10. What if the shoes don’t fit?
    No problem! You can return them within 21 days as long as they’re unworn and in original condition.
