Fitting note: The Original Copper Heeler is an anatomically contoured heel-cup insole designed to fit neatly into the rear of any shoe, boot, or trainer. Remember to peel away the clear protective poly film from the copper surface prior to wearing.

Fitting advice: Because the Copper Heeler rests directly under your heel without extending into the toe box, shoe width does not affect the fit. If your shoe size falls right on the boundary between two options, choose the smaller size option for closer-fitting footwear or the larger option for broader boots and wider casual shoes.
